After your equipment has been delivered, you have a 48-hour window to check that the equipment is in the condition promised.
If any equipment arrives in condition different than agreed or the equipment has been inaccurately described or misrepresented, buyers should immediately let the seller know and register the dispute with Equipped within the 48-hour window of receiving the equipment. Equipped releases payment to the seller at the 48-hour mark if no dispute has been registered.
